Housed in the basement of the historic Prince Solms Inn in downtown New Braunfels, Sidecar opened in 2018, continuing a long legacy of spirited gatherings in this storied space. What began as a new chapter beneath century-old walls quickly became a beloved local staple—known for its moody charm, intimate setting, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. Much of that is owed to our passionate team of bartenders, servers, and creatives who bring the space to life each night.

Since then, we’ve grown and evolved. From our dimly lit underground bar to the addition of The Parlour Bar upstairs—a casual walk-up concept on the main floor—we’ve created unique spaces for every kind of guest. Whether you're slipping in for a quiet drink or joining us for live music and late-night conversation, we remain committed to quality, craft, and a warm welcome.
